Piano lessons in Chester Virginia

Piano Lessons

If you are unsure about which instrument to learn, I will always recommend the piano first.  Learning piano establishes basic music fundamentals that easily transfer to other instruments.

Students learn to read and play music.  We start with the Faber Piano Adventures books and as students learn and grow, we incorporate level appropriate familiar songs.

The timeline from beginner to intermediate playing can take between two and eight years depending on how much the student practices.   It is recommended that a parent/guardian participate in lessons and practice time for younger students.

Adults students are welcomed!

Clarinet, Saxophone, or Flute Lessons

Come learn Clarinet, Saxophone, or Flute!  For ages 10 and up.   Adults welcomed!

I addition to being a woodwind teacher, I am also a woodwind repair technician which allows me to easily help keep your instruments playing their best.
